Feedback And Ideas

Ok guys (and gals), as you can see, there have been gradual changes on here since Monday. However, as far as the design is concerned, I think I’m finished for a good while. I must admit, I’m more content with how it looks than I have been for a while. I know I shouldn’t be caring too much about aesthetics, but, I enjoy the challenge of creating new designs. In fact, if I wasn’t where I am now, I’d probably study more on CSS, HTML, and Photoshop, and maybe have a little part-time job. But anyway, that’s neither here nor there. I’m in the Lord’s work, and I can honestly say I would rather be engaged in what I’m doing now, than be the best designer in the world.

Feedback

You may also have noticed that I was displaying randomly changing quotes in the sidebar. Did you read them? I’ve removed them for now, but if there’s demand for their return, I’ll put them back. Leave a comment and let me know.
I’m also now running a ‘sideblog‘ (Public Jotter), over there ?
The reason for this is simple. Sometimes I like to write out lengthy articles on various topics, but other times I want to write just a sentence or two, with a link to a particular webpage, or maybe a thought that’s going through my head, or a little note telling you what I’m doing. What do you think? You can comment on these just like normal, just click on the ‘#’ at the end of the sentence.

Ideas

Now, the other thing I’m looking for — ideas! It’s been quite a while since I asked for specific help as to what you’d like here. I have a few thoughts of things I’d maybe consider doing in the future, but I’m throwing out the opportunity for you to tell me what you’d like (although the last time I asked this, the only request was for more photos…).

My ideas include:

A Question and Answer day, on a weekly basis.
An mp3 audio file, for each week, where I just talk about random things, including God’s work here, Australia, news, or whatever else.
A fortnightly video devotional.
A fortnightly video of whatever.
Or…more photos!

Let me know. I know there are scores of you reading this (I can see these things ), so rather than click away, quit being so lazy, and leave me a comment with your thoughts…please.
