Bible Map - Utilising Google Maps

Ever want to know where a biblical place is in a modern map?

Surfing around, I came across Bible Map. A site that uses Google Maps technology to allow you to view the areas mentioned in the Bible.

It’s an interesting idea, but I’m still not sure how useful it could be. Would you use it for any reason?

To be fair, it’s still in ‘beta’, but then that term has lost all meaning these days. We probably should return to flashing .gif’s of bulldozers with the words, “Under Construction”.

I loved those little gifs. I used to fill my web pages with them. Say it quietly - I even had them on web pages that were complete - how I can live with the shame? Bring back the gifs!

Only problem with this is that it does chapter reference. Would be good if it had events etc as well as chapters.

Haven't you got anything to say?
