Before I go to bed, here is the message I brought today as we continue our study in 1 John.
Last week we preached on ‘Dealing With Apostasy’ and looked at the “many antichrists” that John referred to in ch. 2:18-27. This week I went back to v18 to deal with the antichrist.
In many respects this message was more ‘topical’ than expositional like the rest have been, but that was necessary since the reference to The Antichrist is so brief in 1 John. The brief mention of it however, was enough to make me feel that I should deal with the topic before moving on.
The message wasn’t easy to bring, but again I can give praise to my Lord for the help given in the delivery.
