Well I have been greatly encouraged by the number of people who have been actually loging onto this blog to see how we’re getting on. I just trust that the initial interest won’t slack off, either on my part or on yours.
Now there are a few things I want you to know about this blog. I’ll begin by pointing out that I am not an expert when it comes to writing skills, english grammar or even spelling. So when you experts read my posts, please grant a little grace 
At times it may only be bad typing errors that I have missed when reading over what I have written. If it is really bad, then please just send me a note by going to the contacts page and telling me what it is and where it is. Alternatively, you could just post a public comment on the post - I won’t mind either way.
On the subject of the contacts page, I am well aware of the allignment issue there is. For those of you that haven’t noticed, the name for each ‘box’ doesn’t line up correctly with the text boxes. This may just be in issue in Internet Explorer (IE7), or it may be the same in all browsers. Whatever it is, I am the case in trying to sort it out.
You may also have noticed that I have now ‘embedded’ the photo slideshows into each post. This was what I intended to do from the start, but it wasn’t allowing me to do so. Without boring you with the technicalities, it’s an offical ‘issue’ in the latest versions of the blogging software I’m using (Wordpress), but thankfully there is a way round it, and I have finally got it sorted. If you think that the pictures are flicking through to fast, then just click on it and a few buttons should appear on the bottom right corner. The middle one is a stop button and clicking on it should stop the slideshow. Clicking on it again should cause it to begin again where you left off.
The last thing I want to bring to your attention are the text adverts that are displayed near the top of the page. Running a blog (or any website) takes a little bit of money. Now the adverts I use ’should’ be closely related to whatever the written content is on the page, therefore there shouldn’t be anything offensive. I am not asking you to click on them, (not only would that breach the rules, but it is also not the purpose for them being there) they are there to advertise random products or websites. Only click on them if they are of interest to you.
